At Bujairami Perfumes Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; however, due to the nature of our products, we offer returns only on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your perfume remains in its original, sealed cellophane packaging as opened or tested bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit and ship it back to our Canadian warehouse using a tracked shipping service.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
